stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We treat this data confidentially. We only have access to it. We do not share your data. In this respect, publicly available, general and non-personal data is a collection of data for the purpose of executing an existing contractual relationship based on statutory entitlements. If we collect and use personal data, we have the express and voluntary consenter of the respective person.

If a contractual relationship arises, the data will be assigned to the order in order to ensure a proper and legally compliant implementation of the contract. For this purpose, further data (such as different delivery address) may be collected and stored analogous to the data already collected.

We adhere to the requirement to record only contact, inquiry and order-relevant data. We do not collect information such as a date of birth, religious affiliation, ethnicity or political views.

We reserve for deliveries of goods, the delivering company (forwarding agent, manufacturer fleet, parcel service) the delivery address mentioned by you and possibly an responsible contact person with their call number on the spot, so that the goods can be delivered. Further data will not be passed on to the delivering company.

Your data is stored on an online, protected according to current standards (encrypted data carrier, anti virus software, online protection, firewall) server and regularly encrypted backed up as part of a system backup. System backups are not on external servers.

We have concluded a contract with Google concerning the processing of order data and fully comply with the strict provisions of German Data Protection Authorities when using Google Analytics.

Through this, your IP-address will be shortened priory within the member states of the European Union or other contractual states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases your complete IP-address will be transmitted to a server in the U.S.A. and shortened there.
